I was doing good for 3 weeks. I can't, can't stand my Anxiety! And during that 3 week period, I don't know how to react to this. My Heartbeat just started to go fast for no reason(I was sitting down). Its my day off from exercising, so it can't be that. Can someone please tell me Caffeine has a reason with this! I've been drinking maybe a little too many(about 3 or more the this past week). But, as I said, I can't comprehend with this normally like I did when I experienced Anxiety 24/7. And I already pulled it up- some websites are rolling out Atrial Fibrillation(scared of it because I do feel tired) or Ventricular Tachycardia. How would I know if it was something serious? I can't tell if this is a panic attack or not!
