i have a question about my emg

hello i have had one emg 2 days ago with normal result but i forgotten to say the specialist that take it from my hip because it is just started twitches and it is some times constant so i m so afraid of it so i have this questions first is it important that we had that needle on the specific place??second: i had some twitches around my lips is the emg come from hands and foots show bulbar symptoms too?? :dazed:

normal emg means you are fine. 

twitching indicates:  anxiety/stress, muscle overuse or nerves getting nervy.  IF twitching occurs with ALS, it is far into the disease.  Meaning Your leg or arm or what have you is already impaired.

You don't have ALS.

BTW  my emgs are never normal.  I don't have ALS.  I have issues with my back.

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

hello sixpack i m so happy you answer me ,do you mean it is nt important which leg or where in our leg the needle is  you mean if dr test below our leg  show any changes around thigh??
i want to forget this stuff but every time i have this crazy twiching i feel so horrible feeling when i have them around my lip and thinking maybe dr couldnt see this one!!! today i wake up with stiff neck and im frightened again im going to be crazy, some times i think about young onset parkinson!!maybe because i have read people's documentation about these desease ooof  my wedding is near aout 2 onth later and im full of anxiety im deppressed why i can not be more happy  any advice for me?

you have an anxiety disorder.  that is why this is happening.
