Heart test question
« on: August 30, 2014, 09:38:19 PM »
I have a question maybe hearing the answer from others point of view will help me. Would six ekgs(one being at 150) 4 chest x rays an echocardiogram and a year of the same symptoms but nothing happening be enough to rule out a serious heart problem I'm 22 years old and really want to continue my life without fear

I can tell that you are really afraid of it. But just think, with todays modern technology, IF there really is a problem with your heart (which there isn't), you can have a heart transplant. But really, visiting the doctors that many times will also cause financial problems due to the payment. Take a walk in the park or just leave the house. Your anxiety might be caused by pressure and tension of your life. You should try and relax. And as you said, nothing happening to rule out a serious heart problem despite taking that many tests, you should be fine

If you're really worried, just don't go to the doctors. As the phrase says, "curiosity kills the cat", googling the symptoms aren't going to help but rather, make it worse. Hopefully, you get over you fear   :P
