Positive thought
« on: August 30, 2014, 05:29:45 AM »
Just wanted to share a thought with you all.

Life is remembered by the major highs and major lows. The bit in the middle isn't really memorable.

Right now I'm assuming your in the low time and you will remember this moment as you move on and improve.

What I have found in my many different dips in anxiety is that these are the times you learn such valuable things about yourself. These are the times you evaluate your life. Set out new targets and begin to understand yourself more. This is so vital in life. But it's something we don't do during the major highs. Because well were enjoying ourselves!

Just wanted to make this point as I always get angry that I feel like I'm wasting my time when anxiety stops me from fully living. But actually it dosnt. It allows is to learn so that when we do live again properly we have learnt new things and new strengths

Peace. Will

Always good to have a positive attitude. To be able to think in a positive way. It does help you out over time. Keep up the good work.
