and while no one threw up on me on the plane...i was in an earthquake!!  tossed around in the bed and a tad freaked out(never experienced anything like that before), but no injuries!

ya just never know....

i live in no calif-earthquakes are no big deal-it must be scarey for people from other places .

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state

had a great trip. very relaxing
earthquake was kind of a big deal, even to the californians that i was around...but it was scary at the time, and weird and just wacky.  but, i got a good story out of it! LOL
