New to the group - I'm Nicolette!
« on: August 24, 2014, 02:00:19 PM »
:action-smiley-065:  Hi!  My name is Nicolette and I am new to the group.  I am 32 and have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and post traumatic stress disorder.  I have a 7 year old son that live primarily with his father and a 3 year old daughter that lives exclusively with me.  I have been to support groups for depression but am really looking more for help with the anxiety disorders.  I look forward to being there for other members and hopefully gathering some great insight from the members as well.

Welcome!   Glad you joined us.

Lots of great people here that can relate.

Did your Dr. Prescribe any medications for your condition?

Feel free to post any questions or concerns.

I am currently on 225mg of effexor er, 0.5mg klonopin 1-2 x's a day and 50mg trazodone.  I've been going through a rough patch recently but my doctor feels it's more situational than the meds not fully working, so I'm trying to turn to resources for more help in managing things.
