could it be acid reflux? I have acid reflux and get burning form time to time. It's pretty common.

My burning pain has been happening every morning before breakfast, an hour after i eat and random times. Does yours happen like mine? And where do you get the burning feeling?

Sometimes in the morning or wake up during night - stomach and chest area mostly. I take zantac and it helps.

I know anxiety causes that burning feeling in my stomach, I thought I had reflux too. Also do you drink diet coke or anything like it? I drink a lot of it and sometimes it does that to me. Xfkdry

Yes, I drink entirely too much diet coke. I need to stop drinking so much of it.  :winking0008:

The fizzy drinks would irritate it a lot. Anxiety in general is very hard on the stomach and if you panic about it more it gets worse. Try eat a banana as soon as you get up. Usually works for me.

No I haven't had an endoscopy done. But I've had loads of tests done for Crohns etc. Ibs causes a lot of harsher symtons. The burning sensation is unfortunately just a weak stomach made worse by anxiety. My doctor vtold me before it was nothing to worry about. If that helps ya.

I was just wondering why some people never develop gastritis or ulcer even if they have those factors like h pylori, nsaid, etc. I know a bunch of people who smoke, drink or take nsaid but they never complained of their digestive issue. I stopped drinking a year ago and havent taken nsaid for a month but my pain is not getting better

It'll be anxiety. It messes with your stomach royally. Doesn't have to be a physiological disorder y'know.
