Please answer!

So for the past 2/3 weeks only ONE side of my jaw has been popping when i open it wide like when you yawn, I can eat tough food or just any kind of food without any pain it just goes pop pop pop pop everytime I eat beef jerky or steak lol or maybe some other tough foods idk depends anything else besides tough food I can eat! (which I am SO happy about  :winking0008:) ( I know I said "tough alot i'm sorry lol) , no pain though! whats so ever.

i'm the only person that can hear it, I asked my mom if she could hear it but she can't, it's so weird! NO headaches, pain, ringing in ears (except when I get really mad/ stressed) and it doesn't lock up! it's so weird, and another thing i'll wake up in the morning and it's gone! it just slowly comes back when ever i open my mouth wide enough ( I know I shouldn't be doing that, it's become a little habit).

I grind my teeth but I know I don't do it alot anymore. Anyway I have been stressing my self out a bit over it, anyone else have this kind of probelm before, i'm afraid i'll have to live with it forever..

I've had this before..and I've also had it in other joints. You are okay. I don't see this being anything serious. I'm not even sure what it could be..but like I said, nothing serious.
If it continues for a long time maybe tell your doctor and they could give you an explanation.

Probably TMJ or something similar.  I've had snapping crackling and popping in my jaw before; for me it goes away on its own over time.
