Freakin out, class starts tomorrow. Need advice!
« on: August 17, 2014, 10:40:08 PM »
My dizziness fear had improved in the last month. I was going places and feeling better. Now I'm going back to my old ways because class starts tomorrow and also I hve drainage in my ear due to alergies which convinces me that I can get dizzy any second because it controls your parents keep telling me thats not gonna happen and everything is gonna be okay.  I've hard a hard time in class last semester  because I was always afraid that i would get dizzy and fall and embarrass myself. I've been feeling bad today thanks
To anticipatory anxiety. Like 2 hours ago I was brushing my teeth and I bent down to rinse and I felt lightheaded and looked up in the mirror real quick and the mirror was moving. Of course I freaked out cuz that's my fear, laying in bed and feeling like the bed is moving. Ughh I can't live in fear like this anymore, plus I know I'm a burden to my family  :(

By using your Klonopin - .5 mg  as needed - you should be o.k.

Take as need - per your Dr.'s prescription - should control your anxiety.

If dizziness, is becoming an issue - and you think it is not associated with your anxiety - I have used  OTC Bonine - Motion sickness pills, that will do a good job on motion sickness:  You can buy it at your local drug store.

You can look it up on the internet:  Bonine (meclizine) for motion sickness...

Just a thought  :action-smiley-065:
