I wish! In all honesty, sometimes when I am worrying about my heart(which has always been my thing) I'll change the way I am eating thinking that eating healthier will help me get through and not have a heart attack but then I have lots of slip ups. I saw a cardiologist yesterday and I have no heart problems at all, the only thing he suggested was for me to lose weight which, me weighing about 300 lbs, is no surprise.
Half of the time when I get anxious or stressed I eat more. Never ending cycle I tell ya.
