Just to say im now back on citrapram 20 and will be seeing a specialist soon about my paranoid thoughts and high anxeity . i have been eating lots of sweets my flesh is trying to substitute my habits from pot and drink also smoking and feeding off information to release the anxiety also masturbating alot in witch i gain shame and guilt . this has been ongoing for years but now im 8months clean from drink and 4weeks pot i have improved one thing i learnt is im not a failure if we write down our failures and then our success it forms a balance and the truth sometimes we can believe what someone says but it isnt always the truth anyhow hope and pray you can all get peace and happyness.

Why feel any guilt at all. First question a lot of therapists ask when you see them for the first time is ' do you masturbate a lot '? Obviously it must be something connected to various mental disorders. I would guess used as energy release or even a form of distraction. But if it works for you, then keep on doing it.
