First of all, I accept it as part of my anxiety problems. At the start, I was really scared of it, but as soon, as I realised, that it's not dangerous, I stared to feel much better. Then I tried to just walk around and see, how I feel. And I actually feel better every day. At the start it was really hard to even get out of bed for me, but now I feel almost normal. The most important thing is to accept, that it's not dangerous thing. It's just your brain playing tricks at you.
