Hi , trying to find out more information on what might be causing my anxiety . OCD as we know is a routine of constantly checking things to various degrees . Obviously there are many strains of it . Is it possible that when you check sometime multiple times your mind just doesn't register that it is fine and you then obsess to a point where you try to examine every aspect of it . You only seem to come to the conclusion that it can't be right , safe etc no matter how many times you look at the situation . Is this a common aspect of anxiety / OCD ??
