For example, I've been working on some of these problems myself lately >>(OCD/SA/Emetophobia/Agoraphobia.)
I get into the car to go to the store, and without thinking of any
of this >> ((Sickness, contamination, crowds, interaction with people, etc.))
And I still get anxiety symptoms (weakness, tense/jittery.) They're mild symptoms, but they make me feel like absolute crap afterwards (tiredness, weakness.)
I don't know if I've conditioned myself to feel his way, or if it's just a subconscious thing...and I would really
like for it to go away.
Does anyone know how to keep that from happening?(Sorry if this is typed weird, I haven't had adequate sleep in days.)
