Have you been drinking enough fluids? I have found that getting enough water etc. helps me. First thing in the morning, after I get out of bed, I have a full 8oz. glass of water. Then throughout the day I make sure to drink enough. Also, just to get you started (getting things moving) drink some prune juice----first thing in the morning---8oz. see if that helps. So sorry you're going through this, I know how miserable it can be.
