My rant.

Okay so the last few months has been a total hell so to speak.

I've had so many symptoms its ridiculous;

Prickling all over body
Muscle twitches everywhere
Weird crawly sensations
Muscles pulsating like a heartbeat
Buzzing of my limbs
Occasional flashes when I close my eyes ( happened 3 times max)
High bpm all the damn time
Sore muscles in throat
Constant partially blocked nose
Pain everywhere
Body jolts
Night sweats
Waking up shaking like being electrocuted ( not a seizure but kind of like a weird surge going through me)
Feeling wet when there is no water on me
pressures in head, chest

And many more.

I've had at least 10-15 life threatening diseases and or conditions.

This is stupid.

I to have suffered from most of those mentioned. The worst one for me is the electric volt running through your body while you are almost asleep or you are asleep. It is stupid and I wish I could tell you how to make it better. Just know you are not alone and I have had almost every symptom you listed.

Same here brother, I'm letting it get to me in a subconscious level. I'm losing my mind slowly.

anxiety causes all kinds of stuff.  anxiety disorder also causes people to take minor body noise  and turn them into major diseases. 

below is a list of common anxiety symptoms.  there are a lot of responses that are interesting. 

I post this list, not so much for reassurance (as we all know reassurance doesn't really help long term) but to give you some kind of knowledge that anxiety isn't a just.  It is a serious disorder that negatively impacts lives and NOT just the lives of the sufferers but of their loved ones.,89766.0.html

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state
