Sharp perineal pain after bowel movement.

Had these before then subsided. They came back today, both BM sharp painful feeling in perineal area during and after BM for like 10 seconds.
Any clue?

It sounds to me like a fissure (small tear).  They hurt like a huge paper cut but once the rectal area relaxes, the pain goes away. Desitin helps heal these. Sometimes they bleed a few drops.

It's not really the anus, it's between the testicles and anus. I had this months ago when I had prostatitis. Hope I don't have it again. :/
