I agree it could be the tension and the jaw clenching cause my muscles stay tense a lot. My tmj has been bad lately from all the stress. It could be why I feel the way I do. That and allergies. It's so hard to say what anything is anymore. Stress does soooo much to the body!

The off balance feeling has been the worst for me as well. It's what's triggered my anxiety when the sinus infection had to effect my inner ears.

I think this year has been really bad on sinuses and allergies. My head is tight right now, my eyes are tight and one is watering. It sucks. I feel like my head is bouncing when I look down and my ears feel slightly plugged. Nose feels pressure too. Eyes hurt.  I took a sudafed. I dunno if it will help. I'm gonna start taking allegra something has to give. These allergies and sinus issues are really messing with my anxiety! :(

I'm so sorry. I know what the feeling is like. It's very scary. Gosh, I wish we didn't have to suffer this way. :(

For 2.5 years everyday I've had dizziness, off balance sensations, feeling of the floor moving beneath my feet, head fogginess, lightheadedness, DP/DR, motion/visual sensitivity. I've had numerous medical tests with no definitive answers. Possible chronic subjective dizziness, possible depersonalization, perhaps a combination of both. I've lost almost everything as a result of my disorder. I've improved quite a bit since symptoms began 2.5 years ago.  Anxiety can cause parts of the nervous system to be hypervigilant, which can cause some of the issues your experiencing  . It's impossible to diagnose you over the internet. Could be your inner ear.
