Depends on my Mood and what I need to hear to help me at that moment.

I don't handle screaming singers at all because I can make no sense out of what they are saying and it just agitates me also some really bad rap.

Opera Ugh lol most agitating of all!

Listening to music while showering are honestly two of the best things that I have found to pull me out of a panic attack.  Lately, I have been listening to Overcomer by Mandisa, The words I would say by The sidewalk prophets and every storm runs out of rain by Gary Allen.  I am frequently changing what I listen to most, but these songs seem to be the ones helping me through my days lately.

I don't know if it helps or makes it worse, but I always listen to Explosions In The Sky after I have a panic attack. It's soothing and helps me think straight. I cry more, but at least my mind is centered for just a bit.

The album 'The Earth is not a Cold Dead Place' by Explosions in the Sky is indeed perfect anti-anxiety music!  :happy0151:

I usually go to straight to melodic death metal, primarily Kalmah. Their music, especially some of the older stuff is really detailed, which is why it works for me so well. Plus it's catchy enough that after I stop listening it's usually stuck in my head, and all that detail means it takes up a good amount of brain power for my brain to keep playing over and over. Keeps my brain occupied well enough.
