Sinus issues/ neti pot
« on: June 16, 2014, 03:34:41 PM »
For the past two weeks I've had some serious allergie problems, or I think it is. Trying to sleep at night my throat tickles sending me into a nasty cough and phlegm coming up. In the morning the snot is caked into my throat and so nasty...it's thick and yellow. I set up a doctors appointment for tomorrow and also got a neti pot. I don't know what else to do. This could be my third actual sinus infection requiring anti biotiocs in less than a year. What do I have? Cystic fibrosis or something? I'm 22, a male and live in Richmond, Virginia.

Also! Might ask to up my dosage of celexa to 20 mg a day since it's not doing anything now
Also (pt. 2)! I might ask for a neuro exam since I'm still convinced I have als.

Hard dying when you're 22..

My sinuses and allergies are terrible today. My head is so tight. Eyes are off. And feel drunk when walking. Now makes me fear brain tumor again. I just took sudafed and nervous. Hate meds.

Sounds like allergies and sinuses for sure.

The neti pot should help. It's what my ent said for me to do.

Did you buy the water  for the neti pot?

Should be ok. They say distilled water but I don't see why deer park water would hurt.
