Hello everyone, I am new and I am glad I found this forum maybe you guys can tell me what the heck is going on.
I got super wasted BAD ( tuesday ) ( no water, didn't eat and smoked ciggs ) drank beer and wine and the next day had a pretty bad panic attack hungover that lasted about an hour. Since then I am having anxiety attacks during the day. They last 20-25 mins and I feel like I need to puke or go # 2
I never had a panic attack without being hungover or bad anxiety...it was all because of the alcohol, I have not had a drink since that night and I am having the anxiety attacks.
Did I screw my self up drinking like an idiot and now will have permanent anxiety? Or am I withdrawing from the alcohol? It has been 4 days!! Also as a woman when it is that time of the month I did feel slight anxiety but not bad at all along with the monthly pains. And yes I am on my period so that adds to this issue right now!!!
I went out and got all kids of vitamins for anxiety and it seems to help, Today I felt it once for about 25 mins and it went away.
What do you guys think?!!
