I'm thinking these are seizures
« on: June 13, 2014, 09:55:04 PM »
I'm thinking the bursts of panic or the eye jittering and focus problems or sudden bursts of lightheadedness or the dejavu are seizures from my feared brain tumor. I'm trying to think logically here but it's difficult.

Like i said in my last PM to you, i feel everything you feel and it sucks. I worry about seizures but not necessarily coming from tumors....i am just always afraid of losing consciousness and passing out and/or convulsing on the floor lol

Maybe we all need to just go out there and fake a swoon or a seizure lol....i just dont want an unnecessary ambulance ride bill, whether it's faked or real!  Guess i can ask my therapist how to go about that one. Took a Klonopin about an hour ago, but I'm still neurotic.

Lol. I laugh when I do it lol. It helps up see just how much of a worrier I am. I have even tempted to go to the er with a real bad fake headache just so they would give me MRI. Lol. Bit I would never do that.

Does therapy help you?

I see tarheels in your name, are you from nc?

im having brain t**** (i dont like saying or typing the word out lol) fears like you also! ive been constantly dizzy, one eye is blurry than the other, muscle twitch all over, tremors, and 3 days ago, my whole right side of the face was hurting. Sometimes, my feet or hand would move, not like a twitch but the whole thing and I would wonder if that is considered a seizure

I doubt it. The more I come here and read everyone talking about the same symptoms it's very clear that logically all of us are just experiencing anxiety symptoms or something that is not major. If you really look at it, what are the odds of all of us having really bad disease. What we do have in common is anxiety. Health anxiety. We are afraid of what we feel,  we feel strange. We just want to feel normal. Our anxiety only tells us that we are doomed. So does dr google. This forum is really helping me out and making me see that the chances of us having a horrible disease is rare.

Therapy is slightly helpful...bettter than nothing eh? Yep, from the Triad region of NC. I honestly think everyone who has posted under this thread has a migraine variant. It is too bad people with atypical symptoms (like dizziness and jumpy vision) cant be properly diagnosed by run of the mill neurologists or a GP. If we were having the usual unilateral throbbing headache with nausea, even a GP could diagnose that as migraine in a hurry....but migraine is much more complex than that. And it is no coincidence that it is closely related to severe anxiety disorders.

www.mvertigo.org  LOVE THAT SITE!  Like I said, I do think alot of migraine symptoms resemble anxiety anyway and vice versa so even if you were to google MAV or even MARD (migraine anxiety related dizziness--my diagnosis, per my migraine specialist), it wouldnt be the same as googling tumors and aneurysms. :)

I'm from nc as well. Yeah therapy is better than nothing. ;)

I have migraines. Got a mild one now. I've been having them
For a few years but I never ever thought about it being a tumor. I know the triggers to my headaches, eye strain, smoking, the way I sleep, not enough sleep and my time of the month. I sometimes have nausea. Sleep gets them to go away.
