Hello, I'm a 24 year old male (5'9", 155 lbs). I did CrossFit last summer (from May-August 2013) and really enjoyed it. My hypochondria has accelerated since then. I haven't been doing much working out since I moved out of my parents' house and started my current full-time job. I just started doing a boot camp fitness program that is directly related to CrossFit. I'm enjoying it but am worried (even during the work outs). I've always had it in the back of my head but I worry about developing rhabdomyolysis. I read and watched some videos about it and its connection to CrossFit. The work outs have always been very strenuous but for some reason I'm almost afraid to work out because of rhabdomyolysis or overworking myself (What if my heart works too hard and gives out? What if my kidneys fails?, etc.) I'm taking rest days and have been sore but not ridiculously sore. Any advice, thoughts, tips?
