Im 23 year male and very healthy life style and don't smoke. All day I get shortness of breath where breath doesn't go all the way down. It seems to go away when I eat like crazy as in full my stomach.EVEN WHEN IM NOT HUNGRY I EAT FOR NO REASON WHICH IS RUNING MY DIET I did a surgrey tummy tuck 2012 and it kidna started from there but has gotten worse. Checked with surgeon and it had nothing to do with surgery he said. Can it be anxiety. Got a chest and lat xray showed no lung problem and checked oxygen which was normal doctor said... I have a over thinking problem where I think all day non stop worrying about things? any ideas?

If it's a clear chest xray and blood oxygen level...then it sounds like anxiety. I'm going through the same thing...

I've seen you post on other forums. Bro I've got constant sensation of not getting a full breath. Eating does give me relief but I avoid eating all the time for dietary reasons. Good luck!

I also have this problem but slightly different, look up "Air Hunger" and tell me if that matches what you have. On google search this a reddit post, click that link it will explain how to correct your breathing.

Another possibility is acid reflux, which my pulmonary doctor thinks it is after he checked me lungs and breathing(my lungs were 100% fine).

It also could be allergies, poor posture, or certain foods you're eating.

Try drinking milk if you need to fill your stomach. It has the calming amino acid tryptophan.
