serotonin scare (help)

I am on zoloft 50mg and was on fluxotine before I get really hot allday and sweaty and I'm scared off over heatng because I heard zoloft effects the brain just like extasy does and causes over heating can the same be said with zoloft ? I'm super scared I have serotinon but I was in docs yesterday and they said its just anxiety

I can't get right temp I'm either to hot or too cold scared

I think you're fine. I have recently started taking Cymbalta and remember at some times feeling a bit warm and even had worse anxiety the first couple days I was taking it. You're just a little panicky. Try toß relax and distract yourself.

I've been taking sertraline for 3 weeks now but I have to belive my docter I been to loads and all said I'm perefectly healthy so just going theraphy soone so hope it goes well

Those are normal SSRI side effects. It can be a bit disconcerting but totally normal.

Alkaline how do you like cymbalta?

Well, I can't really compare it to much because it's the only thing I've been on but I do find that it helps with my anxiety and overall mood a lot. When not taking it I basically get to the point of not being able to function because I become so obsessive with health concerns and it starts to affect my life.

It's also useful as a pain medication which works wonders for me because I've been diagnosed as having mild stenosis of the spine which was causing me bad back pain.

Side effects for me were a little bit of constipation and that's pretty much it!
