Hi......I'm on ex-smoker. Regarding the withdrawal feelings, I think it's a matter of what you allow to get into your head. I found that staying busy and finding other things to do helped with any withdrawal. The only withdrawal feelings I remember having is the cravings for a cigarette, and that's when you just stay busy and refocus on something else.
Don't fear the withdrawal symptoms....continuing to smoke is much worse on you than any withdrawal symptoms in my opinion!!
