My current fear is cancer.
For months now I've been having a hard time with my bowels, this didn't start happening until I kept having anxiety attacks. Someone told me stress could cause constipation. I must admit, I haven't really been eating healthy. I look at the symptoms of cancer online, and all I'm worried about is the constant constipation, abnormal pain in stomach (I think is gas) and fatigue, I don't get extremely tired, but I do sleep a lot during the day, but I also be up all night. I'm trying to make the transition of becoming a vegetarian. I know at my age 17, cancer is uncommon and my chances are remote, but I would like someone opinion and comfort, to put my mind to ease until I schedule a doctors appointment. I'm not obsessed or anything, I just know I haven't been active due to anxiety it really effect my ego to really do anything about it. But I was looking into taking vitamins and a little diet, but I don't know which ones to start on and what's a good time to take them.
