You've just describes a panic attack. What you're having is an anxiety attack.

you can have multiple panic attacks a day. And you don't have to be short of breath to constitute a panic attack.

Can i ask, how bad is your anxiety on a daily basis?

Describe your vision problem as best you can.

I am very anxious constantly my mind is playing over and over about my fear of seizures. I am convinced I have epilepsy as these episodes are becoming more frequent I am just waiting for one of these episodes to turn into a tonic clonic seizure.

Describing my vision problem it starts with the feeling of intense fear then my vision goes cloudy as if things around me are slightly closing in. Also everything seems darker and the panic over me going in to a seizure sets in thinking this is the time then I kinda come out of it. The whole process can be seconds. I thought a panic or anxiety attack lasts minutes or longer?
