Can anxiety affect your thinking?
« on: May 31, 2014, 07:01:28 PM »
i've had anxiety for months ( about 5 ) its no where near as bad as it was in the beginning, i still get brief panic attacks that last around 2mins? but they are no where near as much or as bad as the first few months. I also still get thoughts that something is wrong with me, there's this thought that something's wrong with my brain that i'm trying to shake but  i keep getting these weird and unusual thoughts, sometimes it scares me and makes me wonder "why the heck am i thinking this" so my question, as the title says can anxiety mess with the way you think? i heard anxiety can also mess with your hormones so maybe these weird thoughts are all part of it or i'm just going mad?

Anxiety and stress can easily skew your thinking.
