Breast cancer worries
« on: May 28, 2014, 01:00:04 AM »
If it's not one thing, it's another. My newest fear is breast cancer. I am only 28 years old and have never had children. But I have been having some dull pains in my left breast. When I feel around, I don't think I feel any lumps. But honestly, I don't know what I am feeling for! I know there are lots of lymph nodes in your breast and they will sometimes get inflamed. I am so tired of the worries! Can anyone help me??

I would say to stop and think about your situation. You say yourself that it is breast cancer now. So we can assume you have had worries in the past. Where exactly did those other worries lead you to? I bet nothing came out of them at all. Apart from unwanted stress and a lot of anxiety. This breast cancer fear is the exact same as the fears you have had in the past. Only a different illness. It is were you need to use rational thinking. That you have had fears in the past. Fears that ended up been nothing other than your mind playing tricks on you. You could go and get checked out. I am betting it would come back negative. But from such tests results you have to try and learn. That this is your mind doing this to you.
