What is /are the differences between Lexapro and Pristiq?

Lexapro is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor, i.e. it principally blocks serotonin transporter proteins, Pristiq is a Selective Serotonin and Norepinephrine (aka Noradrenaline) Reuptake Inhibitor, which blocks both serotonin and noradrenaline transporter proteins. However, Pristiq is still biased toward inhibiting serotonin being about 14 times more effective in blocking serotonin than norepinephrine reuptake.
