Throat Motility issues?
« on: May 24, 2014, 10:25:23 PM »
Has anyone felt like they had a hard time getting solid foods down their throat? Liquids have been mostly fine, but over the past couple days it feels like food is taking forever to reach my stomach! Constant lump feeling or like somethings stuck. Sometimes I have a hard time burping now?

My stomach also feels numb, like I can't tell if and when food gets in there. Concerning!

Doesn't help that this all happened after I saw my chiropractor on Tuesday, so it might be more "nerve related"?

Not sure... can anybody relate?? Is this anxiety based or maybe something the chiropractor did?

That lump/something stuck in throat feeling is very common with people suffering from anxiety.  You might also have allergies and be feeling some mucus in there.
