How do you know when you're accentuating pain?
« on: May 21, 2014, 09:45:04 AM »
I had like a stitch pain a couple of weeks back in my right side. Sometimes on the left. It felt like exactly when you walk/run a long distance and get a stitch. Just more annoying than painful.

I went to the doctors, he felt my abdomen and said it felt fine. Then he asked me if I had a bunch of symptoms like fever or whatever, but I had none of them.

I had urine test and it came back fine with no infections.

Now I don't know if I'm making it worse by constantly thinking about it cause it's still there. He said I need to drink a lot more water though and vary up my diet, could that be it? I don't drink too much water.

He said I can go back any time and talk about my worries but I don't want to keep going back for minor things.
