Can physical symptoms of anxiety be slightly delayed?
« on: May 19, 2014, 10:37:21 PM »
I was in a state of absolute fear about two hours ago. I calmed down mostly, but am just experiencing twitching/tremoring/elevated heartrate. Could this be anxiety manifesting late?

Yes because when your body is in that kind of state you're filled with adrenaline and you don't feel anything. Once the adrenaline wears off you will start to feel the side effects which is why your feeling it a few hours later.
