Not the most common symptom, but certainly not something to worry about.
I had it for 4 months.. I sometimes "feel" it.. but the most part, its gone. Here's some tips I needed when I had it - They are so simple.
1) Ignore it. Don't wake up and check if you "feel real" - Try hard to get out of the habit.
2) Live your life as normal, occupying yourself.
Once you utilize the 2 above and you will realise it will start to fade. I promise you. If you ignore it, it will leave.
You will NOT go 'crazy' from it - It's merely a symptom of anxiety. Without it, it can't survive.
