Even if they are swollen? I'm fixated on lymphoma now.

Lymph nodes are supposed to swell and go down.  That is normal lymph node behavior.  Soft and moveable is usually a good thing.  Hard and fixed make me think metastatic cancer, not lymphoma.  You can't tell a lymphoma node from a regular swollen node by touch...unless maybe if you are an oncologist with just a vast amount of experience.  A lymph node that hasn't gone down in a month needs biopsied.  The vast majority of those are ok.  Hope that helps.

Yes, that's a good thing.  If they're big but soft and moveable, they're probably just recovering from a minor infection or they're irritated from being checked.
