this is ridiculous... ok I would understand the night of heavy drinking "march 1st" the day after, I had a dizzy spell. I understand how that makes sense. BUT SINCE THEN ALMOST EVERYDAY, I AM LIGHTHEADED, HEAVY IN THE EYES AND HEAD, FEELING OF SHEAR PANIC FOR NO REASON, DIZZY SPELLS MOSTLY IN LATE AFTERNOON, AND WAKING UP IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT FOR NO REASON. Sorry for the caps but I am just so SICK of this. Its getting out of control. My doctors just say NO BRAIN TUMOR ITS ANXIETY. How the HELL can anxiety last like this for 2 months with dam dizziness. This is the worst symptom ive ever had and I have delt with anxiety for 12 years. I am not even anxious anymore. Yes I was for a day after the dizzy spell occured. But that was 60 days ago.

HOW CAN THIS NOT BE A BRAIN TUMOR I JUST DONTTTTT GET IT. OR DIABETES, OR LUPUS, OR MS.

Would I seriously have WORSE symptoms after two months if it was something serious. I just truly dont understand it anymore. Im sorry guys, im at whits end.

How would you describe the dizziness? Is it a vertigo type dizziness or a feeling like you're about to pass out?

Honestly its like neither of those feelings. If anything it leans towards the vertigo. It feels like, im on an elevator. Or even like someone is putting pressure or air in my ear holes and into my brain and it makes it completely foggy and heavy and off balance like im looking around and I feel strange. Its so hard to explain it really is.

I am 3 months into my symptoms and I often ask myself the same thing.  But, like people have told me, our bodies are complex things, and unless we have MDs, they are usually too complex to make complete sense of.  (That doesn't mean I don't still try to, but it leads me nowhere).

Still having problems?   Now I forgot, is this CONSTANT?
Mine went on from September of 2009 to about October of 2013, then stopped until recently it started up again.  It wasn't constant mostly only when walking outside or in a store.

I hate to tell you this, but I had those exact same symptoms for three years. But don't despair, it went away. I was told it was anxiety and I would agree with the diagnosis.

I felt light headed, sort of a floaty feeling. It was horrible. What I would suggest is to find some quiet time and deep breathe - try to get yourself centered. I did panic and got really upset. I think this was part of my problem. Maybe a bit of therapy would be useful as well. Just because mine lasted a long time doesn't 't mean yours will.  I have had it start upset since my long bout and deep breathing seemed to correct it.
