click noise
« on: May 11, 2014, 09:58:48 AM »
I am determined to manage by stress better, so I started doing some simple yoga stretches.  I did them for 2 weeks, no problem.  Yesterday, I try the same stretches and my hip made a clicking noise, now it is sore.  Of course my mind is now on a joint issue or hip replacement.  Living with HA is anxiety provoking on its own.

You may have just stretched something too much, etc. I would give yourself a rest, try different exercises or
maybe try warming up differently and see if that helps.
