Randomly saying 'what'
« on: May 10, 2014, 01:36:15 PM »
I've felt really weird all day I think it's because I'm over tired. Everyone one in work was talking and I just felt like I wasn't there I was hut watching them. I do get sterilisation a lot so it's nothing new. But I just feel really floaty and weird and then I was sitting on the end just now when I got home an I was day dreaming then randomy said 'what' now I feel really bad as that can't be normal feel like I'm going weird

Sterilisation? Is that like derealisation?

The brain is weird, man. It does weird things. It is the most complex thing known to man (probably). If you're dumping loads of adrenal hormones on top of it then it starts to fire off in all sorts of weird ways. I have been around the block with the brain and your symptoms don't alarm me at all.
