i wondered where to post this because Im not sure it's a sleep disorder or a symptom of panic disorder..Im not sure if its related since Ive had the panic for years, but maybe times have been more stressful lately.
So for the past week or so, I have been waking up at the same time, around 2am like clockwork. At first because I was so tired in the day I couldnt stay up later than 8 or 9 and not sleep more than 5 hours. but last night finally I slept around 11;30pm and still woke up at 2am wide awake and cant fall back asleep. Now i feel like I am going to obsess about it and make it a routine.
Does this happen to anyone and did you do anything for it? Ive never had a problem sleeping and usually sleep 8 hours through anything.
