Hey guys, new person here.
I was just wondering if anyone else gets an ache in their lungs or bronchial tubes when breathing a lot, like during exercise? I was pretty inactive during the winter, but now that spring is here I've been going outside more--walking, mowing grass, etc--and each time I end up with this slight pain in what I think are my bronchial tubes. If I just go out and sit, I don't feel anything. It's only when I'm active and my breathing increases. The pain goes away within an hour afterwards.
I'm posting this because I'm prone to health anxiety and have already had worries about cancer and TMD complications this year, so I'm trying not to let myself worry about this too much. Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated... Thanks!
