Yes yes!! me me!! I totally have those issues due to stress and anxiety. It is more like an unconscious habit. I don't mean to tense my muscles but then I will move and they hurt. It particularly affects my neck and shoulders and ribs. I really have to focus on not sitting still for too long and stretching. Exercise helps too. I find it so hard to just relax my body!! Hang in there - you aren't alone - it just takes alot of effort to get and keep the muscles relaxed - one more thing, heating pads - they help alot. Feel better!
