I am going to the neurologist because I get a prickly sensation in the skin of both of my legs and a surging feeling through my chest. I have had these symptoms for a long time and it is very annoying.

Greend, I wish you the best of luck. If it's been a whole I'm sure it's nothing bad. I'd bet on it!

I have been twitching for about the same amount of time.  I have seen one study that said 6% of those with the grandpapi start with twitching.  But, an expert in the field said in 40 years of practice he has never seen that...and that's all he sees.  Twitching always follows weakess in those cases.

Did you actually see that survey? I'm sure it was online and skewered. I'm sure that same survey those people got weakness within four months time. I think we are ok. What area is your twitching and how bad? Also, grandpappi start?

The subspecialist of 40 years treats 600 people at a time with *** and has never seen that in his entire career.  That tells me all I need to know.  He said once twitching starts there are always abnormalities on physical.

Well, I had three basic neuro exams a few weeks after twitching. No abnormal results.

I had the same thing.  I have now had some kind of twitching in the leg, arm, face for over a year and have stopped worry about it.  When I did  it went away for the most part.   Even when it occasionally pops up I don't worry about it.

I just don't know how long I have to worry about it as far as it being a problem.

You could have not started worrying about it 4 months ago.  When other people twitch, they think nothing of it.  We could do the same ya know.  :)

Shawn, that's pretty funny. Hard to not focus when they're so bad.
