I've had it a couple of times. The majority of people will experience this either from psychoactive drugs including marijuana, or anxiety. You can also have symptoms of anxiety such as derealization weeks to months after feeling anxious because it takes time for your body to adjust to not being in a constant worry. If it's bothering you that badly get an MRI for some piece of mind. I got one and the results came back normal and I've got to say that I feel so much better than I had over the last months. I have no worries, but I'm still getting the different symptoms - muscle twitches, headaches, some DR, numbness, even though I know nothing is wrong. This is due to my body not yet being used to me not being under constant stress. You're fine  ;D
