Hi there, my memory lately doesn't seem as good as it used to be. I just finished exams, which was a period of high stress and anxiety for me, and now my memory feels like it's not as good(this morning when I woke up it took me a few minutes to realize what the date was). Does anyone else experience this?

Loss of concentration, memory and ability to make a snap decision are all symptoms of stress/anxiety/depression.  Basically your brain is so taken up with all the stuff that memory and concentration are pushed to the wayside.  Then when you force yourself to try and remember and cant it causes you even more anxiety and the cycle goes on. Your exams were stressful and may be bringing this symptom about. It won't last forever. It will pass. The less you focus on it.

I have the same thing. My memory got really bad since the attacks started. I saw 2 doctors and both suggested that maybe it was just stress, I didn't tell them I was having bad anxiety at the time but if I did I bet you they would of told me that that was the cause.
