Period worries!
« on: April 28, 2014, 05:17:05 PM »
Hi everyone! I know it's been a while (but I think thats a good think here right?  :laugh3: ) I've been handling my HA pretty well recently, I have my ups and downs but nothing I haven't been able to handle thus far - no full blown panic attacks thankfully!

However, I am starting to have a growing worry about my period cycle. I'm about 3 days late. Normally I wouldn't really worry to much about it except that I have been experiencing pain in my left breast upon touch (not a symptom of pms that I've had before but my mom always has this), as well as lower back pain; which I had been waving off as 'Oh I'm going to get my period soon' except it never arrived. I was early last month by a whole week, so I'm not sure if that could have had an effect on this months cycle. Again, it's not something I'm totally worried about, but it's something that I've never had happen before.

Definitely don't worry. When I was in my teens and early 20s, my cycle was very irregular. It will sort itself out.
