Missed a few doses of lexapro
« on: April 27, 2014, 03:36:50 PM »
I went out of town for the weekend and forgot my lexapro. I missed Friday , Saturday, and Sunday morning doses .  I will be home Sunday night .  I usually take it at 6 am.  Should I take tonight when I get home and then take tomorrow morning at 6 am as scheduled?  Or should I not take tonight and just pick up tomorrow morning. ?  Thanks .

Yes. You need to begin restoring plasma levels asap. It may take several hours to a day or two for any withdrawal symptoms to diminish.

NOTE: I'm not a doctor, and particularly not yours, so there may be factors I'm unaware of. Therefore all advice is of a general nature and you should consult your doctor before following any of it, especially before changing med doses.
