So i have been having really anxious feelings in class and i literally had a panic attack yesterday because of it. How can you wake up without feeling anxiety and how can you get rid of it in class?

Hi there.. I know how you feel. That's how I felt when I was about to go to school. I'm worried about the stuffs that might happen. I entered our chatroom and talked to a lot of people here. they told me school is actually fun. and I took their advice then one thing i did is just let go of my worries and went to school. And indeed it was fun! So stop worrying and gain some friends. Don't focus on the negative things. Right now I graduated and currently working. :) you can do it too I know. Goodluck!
