Anxiety filled day calves hurt now
« on: April 21, 2014, 08:25:29 PM »
I almost hit the ground I was so anxious and dizzy at my psych appointment, not to mention I woke up anxious as hell, all jittery and had to use the bathroom a lot. Now tonight my calves are killing me and I'm exhausted. Sound normal?

Not sure if it's normal but I have exactly the same issue. Dizziness and calves aching , left one is swollen. Been to A&E twice this week fearing a clot. Two d-dimer tests negative and an ultrasound. Still here I am convinced its a blood clot and can't sleep for worrying.  Joys of HA. All the stress has probably tightened my muscles and I suspect it's probably the same for you . It doesn't matter what reassurance we get though as it will never be enough. Hope you feel better soon

Thanks, yeah I keep feeling off balance lately, I think it's sinus related but I keep getting like dizzy vertigo spells and I'm under a lot of stress and I havnt been out of the house much so I think all of it combined is wearing on me. And on top of that I decided to google a symptom which I havnt done in a while and my HA flared up and I'm nervous about restarting my meds.
