Don't worry about it, you're head is moving all over the place all day, and your neck is the pivot.. perfectly normal for stiffness, cracking and crunching.. I crack my neck so mine is really loud haha

I get this, among other head noises.  Sometimes I'll get what feels like a shock of lightning in my neck and it's so bad, I always involuntarily yell, when it happens.  It's like the vertebrae got stuck in place, or caught on the track.

X-rays showed that I have bone spurs in my neck.  I did get rear-ended in a car accident once.  It snapped my neck back pretty hard.  Who knows if it healed right, or not.

I always crack my neck..I've noticed the popping/cracking sound in my knees but I barely pay it any mind..the body is full of weird quirks. It's when you focus on something it seem irregular. Take care.
